【摘要】 目的观察复方积雪草对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习、记忆的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组:对照组、模型组、低剂量、中剂量、高剂量治疗组。采用IBO损毁大鼠双侧迈尼特基底核(NBM),建立AD动物模型,并用复方积雪草连续灌胃30 d,做跳台实验和Y迷宫实验以测学习、记忆能力。结果模型组较对照组的学习记忆能力均显著下降;与模型组比较,积雪草治疗组的学习记忆能力显著升高。结论复方积雪草能够提高AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of centella asiatica compound on learning and memory ability of the rat model of nonhereditary Alzheimer′s disease.Methods Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.In the research,AD animal model was established by injecting IBO(5μg) into rats brain to damage bilateral NBM in rats brain.The first group was normal group;the second was AD animal model;the third,fourth,fifth were lower dosages of centella asiatica compound,medium dosages centella asiatica compound,high dosages of centella asiatica compound respectively.Normal control group and model group rats had not been treated.This process had lasted for 30 days.After AD rats were treated with different dosages of centella asiatica compound,the learning and remembering ability were tested by jumping table experiment and Y-maze experiment at the same time.Results The tests suggested that centella asiatica compound can improve the learning and memory ability of dementia rats significantly.Conclusion Centella asiatica compound has a good curative effect on dementia disease.更多还原
