【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育对降低无医学指征剖宫产的作用。方法:回顾性分析了我院2001年1月~2004年12月,妊娠晚期无医学剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的临床资料(一组);2005年1月~12月在我院门诊系统行产前检查和分娩的孕妇(二组)及家人在“孕妇学校”接受了专业的、形式多样的、生动的系列讲座,对她们及家人在住院分娩期间加强沟通和人文关怀,并将分娩结局的数据与一组的相关数据进行统计学处理,获得相应结果。结果:通过统计学处理,发现两组存在显著差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:通过健康教育增加妊娠晚期无剖宫产指征孕妇选择自然分娩的信心,从而能降低社会因素所致剖宫产术。更多还原
