【摘要】 目的评价出院后护理干预对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法出院早产儿100例,50例为干预组,按孕周、Apgar评分、出院时一般情况等条件选择50例早产儿作为对照组进行匹配。对照组出院时予常规指导,出院后1、3、6月电话随访;干预组出院1周内护士上门服务1次,以后每月1次电话随访,至早产儿纠正月龄6月止。比较两组早产儿体格发育达标率、常见疾病患病率和家长的养育知识及行为情况。结果干预组早产儿体格发育达标率为82%,对照组早产儿达标率为54%(x2=9.007,P=0.0027);干预组常见病患病率低于对照组;干预组家长了解早产儿的养育知识和有益的养育行为高于对照组。结论出院后护理干预对促进早产儿生长发育有积极的意义,有利于提高早产儿的健康水平和生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of post discharge nursing intervention on the growth and development of premature infants.Methods 100 discharged premature infants were divided into intervention group(n=50) and control group(n=50) based on the gestational age,Apgar scores and the discharge condition.Control group received routine instruction and telephone followed up in one month,three months and six months after discharge.Intervention group were visited by nurse at home once in a week after discharge and than visited by telephone once a month after discharge until the infants were six months old.The proportions of the premature infants whose development reached the standard,the incidence of common disease and the parents’child-rearing knowledge and behavior between these two groups were compared.Results The proportion of the children whose development reached the standard in intervention group was 82%,which was higher than 54% in control group(x2=9.007,P=0.0027).The incidence of common diseases in intervention group was lower than that in control group.Parents’ child-rearing knowledge level and positive behavior in interveution group were higher than that in control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention has positive influence on the growth and development of premature infants and can improve their health and quality of life.更多还原
