【摘要】 目的调查护理人员生活方式及健康状况关注现状,了解存在问题,提出对策。方法使用自行设计问卷表,对257位护理人员的生活方式及健康关注等问题进行调查。结果护理人员在饮食、锻炼、睡眠、业余活动以及健康关注等方面均存在较多问题。结论护理人员生活方式存在问题与其工作特点以及自身重视有密切关联,须采取有效措施加以改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the statue of nurses’life style in order to find out the problems and strategies.Methods To investigate the life style and health self-regard of 257 nurses by self-designed questionnaires.Results There are many problems in the aspects such as diet,exercise,sleeping,activities and health self-regard.Conclusions Nurses’work character and their own recognition were related to these problems on life style at some degrees.Some interventions should be taken to improve their life quality.更多还原
