【Abstract】 The development of modern criminal law experienced criminal classical school(old group),and then the positive criminal school(new group) in the last two hundred years.The debates of the two breeds promoted the development of criminal law and provided for a national criminal justice solid theoretical foundation.Criminal law theory eclectic prevails now,and works towards a more rational direction.更多还原
