【Abstract】 Flood control consultation system is very important for Heilongjiang Province to improve its efficiency of flood control,to reduce its disaster lost and to promote its modernization level of water conservancy.Analyzing the requirement of flood control consultation,this paper gives a design for function and structure of flood control consultation system.And adopting some key techniques,such as Web,Web GIS,module metadata and integration management,it researches and develops the web-based flood control consultation system of Heilongjiang Province.The effect of these techniques,which are applied to the practical design and development,is also illustrated.更多还原
