采用PIC单片机的电锅炉智能控制系统的研究
PIC Single-chip Microcomputer Intellegent Control System for Electric Boiler
【摘要】 文章设计的电锅炉智能温度控制器,以PIC16F877单片机为核心,用DS1820传感器采集温度信号,设置有供暖、热水、定时启动功能,以及漏电、超温、超压、低水位保护及报警系统。采用FUZZY-PID控制算法,经仿真实验和实际运行表明,其控制效果良好,与传统的PID控制系统相比,动、静态性能稳定,能满足实际要求。
【Abstract】 A new temperature intelligent controller used for electric boiler is designed,which uses a single-chip microcomputer PIC16F877 as the core control unit,and a DS1820 sensor to acquiring the temperature.The functions include providing warm,hot water,setting start,electric leakagesuper,super press,low water level protection,report to the person.Adopt the FUZZY-PID control way,through simulation and actual operation,the result is good.Compared with PID control system,the dynamic and the static function is stable.
