【摘要】基于公路建设给利益相关者带来的效用,从通行者(旅客、司机等)、政府、沿线居民、企业机构等角度调查分析公路的社会经济价值,用统计方法进行数据分析,采用效用理论计算公路项目建设对各利益者的效用值和总效用,评价公路项目建设的成功度大小,结合公路建设项目实例,说明效用理论在评价中的应用及该方法的可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the utilities of highway construction,the utility values on of residences,passengers,government and enterprises along the highway are statistic and calculated and the success of highway construction is valued.The application shows that the utility theory and method is simple and practical.更多还原
