【Abstract】 The Cooperation between Academy(college,institute) and county was an effective model to construct socialist new countryside.Scientific and technological subprefect carefully fulfilled the function,played an important role in the cooperative project,and also gained the trust from local party committee,government and the popularity from the peasants.This article elaborated the function of scientific and technological subprefect in the cooperative project and some suggestions were put forward.更多还原
