【摘要】 近年来,X射线电子能谱(XPS)不断出现在木材表面及界面研究中,成为木材研究领域中重要的分析手段。为深化对XPS在木质材料研究领域应用的认识,扩展其在该领域的应用空间,对XPS在木质材料研究领域的成果结合实例进行阐述,说明XPS在木质材料研究领域尤其是表面及界面的研究中的应用现状。XPS的利用将提高木材及木质结构单元的质量及使用寿命,提高对短缺的木材资源的利用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years XPS has been used in the wood surface and interface fields,and served as an important method in wood research. In order to deeply know the XPS application in material field,and expand the application scale. In the paper the XPS application in wood field is introduced with the examples in qualitative and quantitive analysis as the application in wood surface and interface fields. The application of XPS will improve the quality of wood and wood structure unit,and enhance resource use efficiency of short wood.更多还原
