【摘要】 于2004年采用全国鉴别寄主对黑龙江省12个市(县)39个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株进行生理小种鉴定,测定出6群11个生理小种,分别为ZA49、ZA57、ZB9、ZB17、ZC1、ZC3、ZC9、ZC15、ZD1、ZE1和ZF1,出现频率分别为2.56%、2.56%、2.56%、5.13%、28.21%、2.56%、10.26%、2.56%、25.64%、12.82%和5.13%。生理小种群多为籼型小种群,其中以ZC群为主,ZC1和ZD1为优势小种。不同地区稻瘟病菌的群体结构明显不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2004,this paper indicated that there were 6 group 11 races in the counties of Heilongjiang province by testing 39 isolates and using distinguish host of China.They were divided into 11 races,which were ZA49,ZA57,ZB9,ZB17,ZC1,ZC3,ZC9,ZC15,ZD1,ZE1 and ZF1.Frequency of their was 2.56%,2.56%,2.56%,5.13%,28.21%,2.56%,10.26%,2.56%,25.64%,12.82% and 5.13%.Their dominant race was ZC1 and ZD1 belonging to group of the indica races.Structures of the rice blast fungus populations in the different area were obviously dissimilar.更多还原
