【Abstract】 After studying the Freshman Seminar’s development history,this paper analyzes the reason of it’s success and concludes that the duration and connotation of freshman orientation should be broadened in universities and colleges in China.At the same time,it is suggested that seminar courses should be provided to encourage the faculty to participate in the freshman orientation responsibility.更多还原
