酒店组织结构的权变理论分析
Analysis Organizational Architecture of Hotel Based on Contingency Models
【摘要】 杰出的组织理论家,如伯恩思和斯托克、伍德沃德、劳伦斯和洛希、汤普森等提出了研究组织的权变管理的各种模型,根据这些模型分析如何设置酒店组织结构,比较酒店实际组织结构与通过各种模型预测结果的一致性,分析差异产生的原因,这些都对酒店组织结构的设置有一定借鉴。
【Abstract】 Prominent organization theorists like Burns and Stalker,Woodward,Lawrence and Lorsch,Thompson,have presented ’contingency models’ for the study of organizations,using the above mentioned models,try to draw from them propositions about the way we expect hotels to be organized.We shall then examine the hotel organization and see to what extent it corresponds with our predictions based on the theories.Possible explanations will be offered for discrepancies between propositions and observations.
