【Abstract】 Prominent organization theorists like Burns and Stalker,Woodward,Lawrence and Lorsch,Thompson,have presented ’contingency models’ for the study of organizations,using the above mentioned models,try to draw from them propositions about the way we expect hotels to be organized.We shall then examine the hotel organization and see to what extent it corresponds with our predictions based on the theories.Possible explanations will be offered for discrepancies between propositions and observations.更多还原
