【Abstract】 The dividend policy is one of three cores contents in the modern company financial manages,but the dividend assignment or not and carries on in which form,not only relates shareholder’s economic,but also relates the company development in the future.Through out dividend assignment at present,take American for example,and forecast on dividend assignment after stockholder’s rights minutes of our public company,this article advaced that development orientation of public company dividend assignment in our country.更多还原
