基于“量子”思维方式 提高民营企业管理模式方法初探
The Thinking Mode Private Enterprise Manages at the Beginning of the Pattern Using the Quantum to Search
【摘要】 “量子”曾经在物理学领域掀起过轩然大波,从分析我国民营企业的劣势入手,叙述了“量子”思维方式对今天所处的以人为本的信息社会的重大启发,提出了民营企业中的管理者应从量子化观察、量子化思考、量子化感知、量子化认知、量子化行动、量子化信任、量子化存在等方面培养自己的技能,从而改变民营企业的不利地位。
【Abstract】 This article has analyzed the disadvantage of the private enterprise in our country.It also narrates that the major inspiration of "quantum" thinking to the people-oriented information society.This article has proposed that managers of private enterprises to improve their skills in seven aspects in order to change the disadvantageous status of private enterprise: quantum observation,quantum thinking,quantum perception,quantum cognition,quantum action,quantum trust and quantum existence.
