基于Lonworks技术数控机床控制系统的硬件设计

【摘要】 针对机械制造领域中生产加工不断向高精确度、高质量、高可靠性方面发展的问题,采用Lonworks技术设计了数控机床控制系统的硬件部分.重点介绍了控制系统中输入模块与传感器的接口电路、输出模块与步进电机的接口电路及其输入/输出模块的控制原理,这种基于Lon- works技术的控制系统依靠神经芯片和Lontalk协议不仅实现了工件的精确加工,还能进行工件加工的远程控制.

【Abstract】 In the light of the problem that production and processing in the mechanical field will gradually de- velop towards the aspects of high accuracy,high quality and high reliability,the hardware of the control system of numerically-controlled machine tool is designed by Lonworks technology.In this paper the circuit design of the in- terface between input module and sensor and the interface between output module and stepper motor together with control theory of the input/output models are discussed in detail.The control system based on Lonworks technology can not only implement the precise machining of work pieces but also implement remote control of it by right of its Neuron chip and Lontalk protocol.
