掺镍离子纳米TiO2薄膜的制备及光催化性能分析
Study on Preparation and Photocatalytic Capability of Nano-TiO2 Film Doped Ni2+
【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯和无水乙醇为原料,加硝酸镍引入镍离子,采用溶胶—凝胶法和浸渍—提拉法在玻璃表面施涂膜层,镀膜速度控制在2~3mm/min.热处理以后,得到均匀透明的掺镍纳米TiO2薄膜.通过对样品分析得出:TiO2薄膜成分主要为锐钛矿相,且其纳米颗粒分布均匀,尺寸在50~100nm之间.对光催化降解甲基橙进行实验分析,结果表明:掺入镍离子后,提高了TiO2薄膜对甲基橙的光催化降解能力.不同的掺杂浓度,不同的烧结温度导致TiO2薄膜的光催化降解率不同.煅烧温度为400℃,掺镍摩尔浓度为3%时,光催化效果相对较好.
【Abstract】 TiO2 precursor film was prepared,employing sol-gel method and dip-coating method,using Tetra Butyl Titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol as raw material and Ni(NO3)2 as Ni2+ source,with a coating speed of 2~3mm/min.Transparent TiO2film was prepared after the precursor film being heat-treated.The prepared TiO2 film samples were found mainly consisted of anatase TiO2 particles with a uniform size of 50~100nm through the analysis of XRD and SEM.According to photocatalysis degradation experiments on methyl orange,the results indicate that the doped Ni2+ can improve the photocatalysed capability of TiO2 film degrading methyl orange,the photocatalysis degradation ratio of TiO2 film varied with doping content and different sintering temperatures.The prepared TiO2 film get the relative better photocatalysis effect when the sintering temperatures is 400℃ and the doping molar ratio of Ni2+ is 3%.
