基于ATMEGA128的焊机智能控制系统设计
The Design of Control Module of Welder Based on Atmega128
【摘要】 以实现焊机智能控制为目的,研制了具有电流和电压测控、故障检测、主机通信等功能的焊机智能控制系统.给出其设计方案、硬件结构框图、软件流程图,并着重介绍了用PWM实现D/A的实际电路、参数计算及测试数据.该系统运行正常,达到了预期设计指标.
【Abstract】 In order to materialize intellective control of welder, the author designs the intellective control systerm which includes the functions of measuring and controling of voltage and current,detecting of failure and communicating with mainframe.This article introduces the scheme of construct,frame of hardware and process of software,and introduces the circuit of D/A accomplished by PWM,calculation of parameter and measure of data in details.Now the systerm works well and affords satisfaction to the design point.
