Mg2+浓度对Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体光谱性能的影响
The Spectrum Properties of LiNbO3 Crystals Dependence of the Contents of Mg2+
【摘要】 为探讨Mg2+浓度对Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体光谱性能的影响,在Ce:Fe:LiNbO3中掺入摩尔浓度分别为0%、2%、4%和6%的MgO,以提拉法技术生长了Mg:Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体.测试了Mg:Ce:Fe:LiNbO3的红外透射光谱.紫外可见吸收光谱的吸收边曲线随着晶体原料中镁浓度的增大而向短波长方向移动,当镁的摩尔浓度达到6%时,样品又开始移向长波方向.最后,探讨了Mg2+浓度达到阈值后,吸收峰的变化,并分析了镁离子在晶体中的占位.
【Abstract】 To study the spectrum properties of Ce:Fe:LiNbO3crystals dependence of the contents of Mg2+,Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals doped with MgO were grown with the Czochralski method and the contents of MgO are 0mol%、2mol%、4mol% and 6mol% respectively.The infrared transmission spectra and the UV-Visible absorption spectra of Mg:Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals were measured.Absorption edge shifts towards the short wavelength with the increase of concentration of Mg2+,and shifts towards the long wavelength when the concentration of Mg2+ reaches 6mol%.The change of absorption peak when the Mg2+ doping concentration reached the threshold concentration was studied,and the Mg2+ sites in the LiNbO3 crystals were analyzed.
