【摘要】 目的探讨家庭式护理模式对精神分裂症病人的康复效果。方法将200例符合入组标准的住院精神分裂症病人随机分为实验组和对照组,各100例。两组均给予常规的抗精神病药物治疗,实验组采用家庭式护理模式,对照组采用传统的常规护理模式。采用简明精神病评定量表(the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(the Social Disability Screening Schedule,SDSS)、总体幸福感量表(the General Well-Being Schedule,GWB)、自尊量表(the Self-Esteem Scale,SES)作为评价工具,分别于入组时和治疗3个月后进行评定。结果治疗3个月后两组BPRS、SDSS、GWB、SES评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论家庭式护理模式可提高住院精神分裂症病人的幸福感、自尊、治疗依从性及康复效果,降低其社会功能缺损程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate effects of the family-based nursing model upon rehabilitation of inpatients with schizophrenia.Method 200 inpatients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups:the study group to whom the family-based nursing model were utilized(n=100) and the control group who obtained traditional nursing measures(n=100) during the same period.Both groups received the same routine anti-psychiatric treatment.A series of clinical scales were used to assess all subjects at the beginning of the program and 3 months later,which included the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),the General Well-Being Schedule(GWB),and the Self-Esteem Scale(SES).Results The statistical and significant differences existed in the scores on BPRS,SDSS,GWB and SES between the two groups 3 months later(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The family-based nursing model could improve perception of general well-being,self-esteem,treatment compliance of inpatients with schizophrenia,and decrease the level of social disability.更多还原
