大断面交岔点支护及围岩变形控制模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of Shoring on Large Span Intersection and Control of the Wall Rock Deformation
【摘要】 应用数值计算技术对张集煤矿8煤层大断面交岔点巷道支护进行计算分析,获得该交岔点的支护参数为顶板每排6根锚杆、直径22 mm、排距0.7~0.8 m、长度2.0~2.2 m较为合理。交岔点临时支护应选迈步抬棚方式,单体支柱应有一定初撑力以控制顶板的早期离层,尤其适合复合顶板的控制。
【Abstract】 After calculating and analysing the large-section-intersection laneway shoring of Zhangji Coal Mine’s 8th coal layer with the technology of numerical value calculates,the authors obtain optimal shoring parameters-6 rockbolts per arrange,whose diameter,range distance and length are respectively 22 mm,0.7~0.8 m and 2.0~2.2 m.The authors finally put forward some reasonable measures in temporarily shoring on intersections.
