模式分析的核函数设计方法及应用
Design Method and Application with Kernel Function for Pattern Analysis
【摘要】 利用卷积算子和H1(R)核函数给出了一种设计Hn(R)核函数的新方法,该方法简便易行。运用该方法设计的核函数,应用在轴承正常振动信号数据、轴承内圈、外圈以及滚动体故障振动信号数据进行核主成分分析(KPCA)中,仿真结果表明:该方法可以有效地识别轴承正常和内圈、外圈以及滚动体故障。
【Abstract】 We present a new method for designing kernel function of H~n(R) using kernel function of H~1(R) and convolution operator.It’s possible to select the most suitable kernel function with the method,and its calculation becomes very easy.The method is applied successfully to design the kernel function for kernel principal component analysis using the vibration data of normal,outer race,inner race and ball bearings.The simulation results show the effectiveness of detecting bearings faults.
