铝合金早期腐蚀预测光敏物质的性能研究

【摘要】 利用光敏物质在紫外光照射下能发光的特性,将其添加进涂料中制备成光敏智能涂层对LC4铝合金的腐蚀进行早期预警预测。研究了传感涂层中光敏物质的特性变化与铝合金腐蚀的关系,探讨了传感涂层对腐蚀监测的灵敏度,初步建立了涂料中光敏物质的添加浓度与传感涂层腐蚀监测效率之间的关系模式。结果表明,所选的3种光敏材料均能有效地监测LC4铝合金基体的腐蚀形貌、位置及速度,在实验的0.3%,0.5%和0.8%3个浓度中,最终确定了0.5%为光敏物质的最佳添加浓度。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study is to use the luminescent specialty of light-group sensitive materials under UV light to find the more compatible light sensitive materials as early warning predictors of coating degradation during corrosion of LC4 aluminum alloys. The relation between the characteristic changes of light-group sensitive material in coating and corrosion rate was studied. The sensitivity of light-group sensitive material for corrosion detection was discussed. It is found that the three kinds of light-group sensitive materials in the coating can predict efficiently the corrosion rate of the aluminum alloy substrate. Primary connection mode between the coating and the concentration of light-group sensitive material is set up. The more appropriate incorporating concentration which is more sensitive and less effect on the corrosion resistance of coating was found. It is showed that 0.5% is the best accession concentration among 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.8%.
