【摘要】 目的:观测异氟醚．安氟醚对阿曲库铵残余肌松作用的影响。方法:选择90例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级成年择期全麻病人,随机分为三组,丙泊酚组（Ⅰ组,30例）;异氟醚组（Ⅱ组,30例）,安氟醚组（Ⅲ组,30例）,使用Biometer加速仪观测下,恢复至25%,75%及ToF比值（T₄/T₁）恢复至0．7的时间。结果:上述恢复时间中Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组比较均延长,有显著差异（P＜0．05）;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较差别无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论:异氟醚．安氟醚均可延长阿曲库铵残余的肌松作用,但两者比较无明显差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of isoflurane or ethrane on patients of ASA.Methods gradeⅠ-Ⅱundergoing selec- tive operation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups.Propofol group（groupⅠ,n=30）;Isoflurane group（groupⅡ, n=30） and Ethrane group（groupⅢ,n=30）,T₁ 25% and T₁75% recovery time were monitored by acceleromyoraph as well as the 0.7 recov- ery time of TOF-ratio（T₄/T₁）.Results:Between groupⅡorⅢand groupⅠ,there were significant differents in T₁25% and T₁75% recov- ery time（P＜0.05）.The recovery time of groupⅡandⅢwas late than that of groupⅠ.Conclusion:Both isoflurane and ethrane can in- crease the residul curarization of atracurium.更多还原
