【摘要】 目的:观察沙多力卡治疗(注射用炎琥宁)治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将患儿95例随机分为2组,观察组48例采用沙多力卡(注射用炎琥宁)静滴一日一次,而对照组采用利巴韦林静滴一日一次。结果:观察组有效率达93．7%,无效率达6．3%,对照组有效率达78．2%,无效率达21．8%,两组对此差异有显著性,治疗组优于对照组。结论:沙多力卡治疗小儿病毒性肠炎有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the effect of Yan Hu Ning injection on treating children virosis enteritis.Methods:95 case were divid- ed into two group randomly.observe group (48 case)was treated by Yan Hu Ning injection.And control group (47 case) was treated by Li Ba Wei Lin injection.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group is 93.7%,ineffective rate was 6.3 %;while the control group is 78.2%, ineffective rate was 21.8%.The difference is singnificance.The observe group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Yan Hu Ning is effective in treating children virsis enteritis.更多还原
