【Abstract】 Three primary production models and their evolvement are analyzed. The forming process of product family structure is analyzed. The product family structure model based on configuration unit is presented and configuration unit is explained. Arithmetic of implementing configuration process is put forward with the support of product family structure model and configuration control based on mass customization.
