【摘要】 目的:研究泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊工艺处方。方法:利用空白丸心外包药物再度盖缓释材料制备肠溶丸．以释放量的多少来进行工艺筛选。结果:以氯化钠丸心做空白丸心,增包23％释放材料得到的丸子效果最好。结论:经过三批验证,方法重现性好,便于操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the formulation and preparation of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules.Methods:Two kinds blank pellets were packaged drug,drug pelltes was microencapsulated into sustained-release materials,According to sustained-release parameters to choose craft.Results:The optimal Pantoprazole sustained-release behavior in vitro of pellets contained NaCI when the amount of coating sustained-release materials was 23% .Conclu- sion:Passing three batches of verifications,use the menthod can obtain a good repeatability,make it is easy to operate.更多还原
