决策树在乌鲁木齐市维吾尔和汉族儿童血铅影响因素分析中的应用

【摘要】 目的研究乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族儿童血铅水平及其影响因素。方法于2005年4—6月,按照整群抽样的方法,对乌鲁木齐市区988名6~10岁维吾尔族、汉族儿童的血铅水平进行了测定,并做了铅暴露危险因素的问卷调查。应用决策树分析影响儿童血铅的主要因素。结果儿童血铅均值为54.46μg/L,血铅值≥100μg/L的儿童占23.28%(230/988)。维吾尔族儿童血铅值略高于汉族儿童,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。父母亲从事涉铅职业、不良的生活和卫生习惯和家庭住所装修情况等是影响两个民族儿童血铅升高的共同因素。结论乌鲁木齐市儿童血铅水平和铅中毒发生率较高。决策树分析表明,该市儿童血铅水平受到多种因素的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the blood level lead and the related high-risk factors in Uigur and Han children in Urumqi by answer tree. Methods Cluster sampling was used to investigate blood lead level of 988 Uigur and Han children aged 6-10 years,the related high-risk factors were investigated by using a standardized questionnaire,the related high-risk of blood lead level was analyzed by answer tree. Results The geometric mean of blood lead concentration of children was 54.46 μg/L,in 23.28% of the children,the blood lead concentration was more than 100 μg/L . No significant blood lead level difference was seen between Uigur and Han children. Such high-risk factors as parents occupation,bad habits and housing condition were associated with the blood lead level. Conclusion The blood lead level and lead poisoning rate of children in Urumqi are higher,many factors may influence the blood lead level of children in Urumqi.
