沙尘暴对呼吸系统疾病的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨沙尘暴对呼吸系统疾病影响的特点和规律。方法收集武威市2005年3月1日—5月31日6所医院门诊逐日病例资料及同期该地大气PM10逐日浓度资料、总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、SO2、NO2日平均浓度资料进行统计分析。结果武威市在沙尘暴多发期,大气污染物主要为TSP(0.090~0.470mg/m3)、PM10(0.030~0.435mg/m3);超标率分别为81.8%和81.5%;SO2和NO2浓度均达标。沙尘暴出现的当天及此后的1~2日内呼吸系统疾病门诊例数明显增加;呼吸系统疾病门诊例数与PM10浓度存在正相关(Pearson相关系数为0.388,P<0.01)。结论沙尘暴期间呼吸系统疾病的高发与大气中PM10浓度的增高有一定关联。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the impact of the sand dust storm on the incidence rate of respiratory diseases. Methods The daily clinic data in six hospitals and the daily data of PM10, TSP, SO2 and NO2 concentration during sand dust storm period in Wuwei city, 2005, were collected, then the statistic analysis was done. Results The main atmospheric pollutant were TSP, PM10 in Wuwei city. On the very day of sand dust storm occurring and after the day, incidence rate of respiratory diseases increased. Respiratory diseases showed a positive association with the concentration of PM10. Conclusion The sand dust storm can damage the respiratory system. An active and integrated measure should be taken to prevent the respiratory diseases caused by sand dust storm.
