水中总硬度的连续流动分析测定法
Determination of Total Hardness in Water by Air-Segmented Continuous Flow Analysis
【摘要】 目的研究检测水质总硬度的连续流动分析法。方法采用SKALARSAN++四通道连续流动分析仪,根据钙镁离子在pH=10.0条件下与铬黑T指示剂生成天蓝色配合物的原理,在490nm处检测水质总硬度。结果线性范围为5~500mg/L(r>0.9990),RSD≤3.26%,回收率为94.12%~104.30%,最低检出浓度为1.43mg/L,与《生活饮用水卫生规范》(2001)的Na2EDTA滴定法比较,其结果差异无统计学意义。结论该方法快捷,结果准确,灵敏度高,适合水中总硬度的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To develope a method for determination of total hardness in water by air-segmented continuous flow analysis. Methods The total hardness in water was determined at 490 nm with air-segmented continuous flow analyzer based on the formulation of a blue compound by calcium and magnesium ions at pH value of 10.0. Results The linear range of method was 5-500 mg/Lr>0.999 0, and RSDs were not more than 3.26%. The recovery rates were 94.12%-104.30% .The lowest detected concentration was 1.43 mg/L. There was no significant difference between the results of this method and Na2EDTA titration. Conclusion The method was rapid, accurate and highly sensitive.
