堆肥基质生物滤池处理生活垃圾湿法分选废水的试验研究
Experimental Study on Treatment Urban Domestic Waste Wet Process Sexecting Waste water by Compost Biological Filter
【摘要】 在湿干比为1∶7、1∶5、1∶3、1∶2,连续进水15min,进水量30~240L/d的条件下,研究了以堆肥基质为主要填料的生物滤池对生活垃圾湿法分选有机废水的处理效果。结果表明:生物滤池对废水的处理效果良好,当废水CODCr在1430~3734.44mg/L时,滤池对CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的平均去除率分别可达90%、94.24%、86.78%、84.63%。出水pH为7.42~8.81,DO也得到了很大改善,滤池出水经SBR后续处理,各项指标都能达到废水的一级排放标准。滤池运行2个多月来,运作良好,没有发生堵塞现象。堆肥基质材料是一种良好的水处理生物介质,用于处理废水具有效果好、成本低的优点。
【Abstract】 Treatment effect of urban domestic waste wet process selecting organic wastewater treatment by compost biological filter was studied,at the rate of wet:drying was 1∶7,1∶5,1∶3,1∶2,15 minutes sustaining inlet water and the quantity of water was 30~240 L per day.The result showed that treatment effect of waste water was good,when the organic concentrations of the wastewater was 1 430~3 734.44 mg/L,average remove rate of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,SS could reach 90%,94.24%,86.78%,84.63%respectively.The pH value in the effluent was neutral,pH 7.42~8.81,dissolved oxygen in the effluent was increased too.The effluent could achieve first-degree discharging standard after SBR.The filter had been operated for 2 months with no plugging problem.Compost material is an excellent medium on wastewater treatment,and has advantages of good effect and low cost.
