北京同步辐射装置4B7A、4B7B光束线高次谐波抑制系统初步设计
The primary design of higher-harmonics suppressor for Beamline 4B7A and 4B7B at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility
【摘要】 为了提高北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)中4B7B软X射线光束线在45—450eV能区和4B7A中能光束线在1200—2100eV能区输出单色光的光谱纯净度,我们分别为两条光束线设计了高次谐波抑制系统。该系统主要由平面反射镜组成。我们确定了所有平面反射镜的镀层和掠入射角,并且对其性能进行了计算,结果以图形的形式呈现。
【Abstract】 Higher-harmonics suppressors are designed for Beamline 4B7A and 4B7B at Beijing Synchrotron Radia- tion Facility (BSRF) in order to improve spectral purity of their output monochromatic light in energy region of 1200 —2100 eV and 45—450 eV respectively. They consist of plane reflectors whose coatings and grazing incidence angle have been fixed. The performances of both suppressors have been calculated and the results are also presented in graphical form.
