【Abstract】 In light of the lack of a systematic benefit assessment method for emission control strategies,this paper establishes an integrated assessment indicator system from three levels,microscopic,messoscopic,and macroscopic,which assesses the static,dynamic,as well as integrated vehicle emission control strategies,from the aspects of both environmental and economic benefits.The proposed indicator system is significant to both theories and practices on the benefit analysis of emission control strategies.更多还原
