【Abstract】 WIth the positive support from state governments’s active science and technology policies, many US state universities established huge interdisciplinary centers and try to create high-tec industries with "agglomeration effect" in cooperation with enterprises. They begin to play an important role in national (regional) innovation system and their status rocketed correspondingly. These interdisciplinary centers are embedded in complex networks, realizing the "seamless joint" of enterprises and academic research, transcending technical transfer patterns. The successful reform of research management and organization encourages us to reconsider the traditional academic values.更多还原
