【摘要】 目的探讨离断性肾盂成形术,双J管内引流治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的诊治经验。方法采用离断性成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄46例,共52例,采用双J管作内引流,术后1个月拔除双J管,3个月后复查静脉肾盂造影和肾功能。结果40例随访3~6个月,治愈37例,治愈率92.5%,3例发生再狭窄,均2次行肾盂成形术。结论离断性肾盂成形术,是治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的有效方法,术中使用双J管能减少术后再狭窄的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of double-pigtail catheter in Anderson-Hynes operation for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO).Mechods From June 1994 to December 2005,a total of 42 cases of UPJO were treated by Anderson-Hynes operation and had a double-pigtail catheter placed.Every double-pigtail catheter was removed in one month after the operation.Outcome was evaluated with intravenous pelviureterography in 3 months.Results 40 cases were followedup for 3 months to 6 months.37 patients had fully recovered,with cure rate being 92.5%.3 cases had ureteropelvic junction(UPJ) stenosis,who were cured by a second operation.Conclusion Anderson-Hynes operation is an effective method for the treatment of UPJO.Double-pigtail catheter placement during operation can reduce the chance of UPJ re-stricture.更多还原
