【摘要】 目的探讨效果确实可靠持久、无冠状切口的额、颞部除皱方法。方法采用额、颞部头皮发际内小切口剥离、悬吊,根据面部老化情况,去除多余头皮,待其自然收缩恢复。结果26例患者中,11例单纯行额部除皱,15例行额颞部除皱,均获得满意除皱效果,避免了冠状切口疤痕及秃发。结论额、颞部小切口悬吊,去头皮除皱术,局麻下即可进行,具有切口小、瘢痕轻微、恢复快、效果好的优点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research a kind of rhytidectomy without the scar of the coronary incision,and with long effectiveness.Methods Tissues were separated and suspended through the minimal incisions in scalp,according to the aging manifestations of individual patients.Excess skin was excised until its automatic recovery.Results In 26 cases,forehead rhytidectomy was conducted in 11 cases,and forehead and temporal rhytidectomy in 15 cases.The effectiveness was satisfactory.The scar of the coronary incision and patchy alopecia were avoided.Conclusion The rhytidectomy of forehead and temporal with minimal incision and suspended tissue and excised scalp can be done under the local anesthesia.It has the advantage of minimal incision,no scar,instant rehabilitation and can be recommended.更多还原
