【摘要】 目的总结嵌顿性小儿斜疝应用手法复位后择期行外环外疝囊高位结扎术38例的临床经验。方法对手法复位方法的手术时间、切口大小、恢复情况、并发症和复发率等进行观察。结果手术时间平均9.4 m in;切口长度<1 cm,不需缝合、不需拆线、疼痛小;术后清醒后即可进流质饮食、可自由活动;阴囊血肿3例,无1例复发。结论将急诊手术转变为择期手术,并行外环外疝囊高位结扎术,是较理想的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize optional operations of parasuperficial ring hernial cyst upperligations on 38 cases of infantile extrasaccular hernia after the manual reductions.Methods The way of manual reduction,the time used and the size of incisions of the operations were observed as well as the recovery,the recurrence and its comlications.Results The mean time of the operation was 9.4 min.The size of incisions was less than 1 cm.Pain was less.Suture was unnecessary.After waking up from the operations patients were able to move and take liquid diet.No recurrence took place in the 3 cases of hernial hematoma of the 38 cases.Conclusion It is reasonable to apply the optional operations of parasuperficial ring hernial cyst upperligation instead of the emergency treatment.更多还原
