【摘要】 目的探讨窦、小梁、巩膜床切开治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法对12例12眼,年龄12~75岁新生血管性青光眼患者行窦、小梁、巩膜床切开术,并进行追踪观察,术后随访2~12个月,平均10.6个月。结果所有术眼早期前房形成良好、滤床平坦,在不用降眼压药物情况下眼压正常,眼压由49.12±7.97 mm Hg降至随访末期的15.68±3.26 mm Hg(t>3 P<0.01),其差异有非常显著意义。结论窦、小梁、巩膜床切开术是治疗新生血管性青光眼一种安全、有效的手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of sinusotomy-trabeculotomy-sclerotomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods 12 patints(12 eyes)with neovascular glaucoma,aged 12 to 75 years,underwent sinusotomy-trabeculotomy-sclertomy.The patients were followed-up from 2 to 12 months,the mean period being 18.6 months.Results The anterion chamber was recovered shortly after the operation in all eyes,and filtering beds had diffuse blebs.Intraocular pressure of 12 eyes was nomal without any medication postoperatively.The average intraocular pressure was decreased from preoperative 49.12±7.98 mmHg to postoperative 15.68±3.26 mmHg in neovasular glaucoma(t>3,P<0.01).Conclusion These data show that sinusotomy-trabeculotomy-sclerotomy for the treatment of neovasular glaucoma is an effective and safe surgery.更多还原
