HPLC-ELSD法测定维生素C酯化过程中的古龙酸和古龙酸甲酯
HPLC-ELSD Determination of 2-Keto-L-Golconil acid and 2-Keto-L-Golconil acid Metryl-ester in the Process of Ascorbic acid Production
【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器同时分离并测定维生素C生产过程中两种组分的方法。此方法灵敏、快速、准确,可为维生素C的生产工艺优化和质量控制提供准确有效的技术支持。
【Abstract】 HPLC-ELSD method was developed to separate and determine three ingredients in the process of ascorbic acid production.The method is sensitive,accurate and can be used to provide essential data for technological innovation of ascorbic acid.
