【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of the related substances of Oxacillin Sodium Capsules was established. A C18 column was used with 0.02 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution / methy1 cyanide/methanol as mobile phase,speed of flow 1 mL/min,examination wave length 225 nm.Exclusive,accurate,precise and keen,it could be used for the determination of the related substances of Oxacillin Sodium Capsules.更多还原
