HPLC法测定苯唑西林钠胶囊有关物质
Determination of Related Substances of Oxacillin Sodium Capsules by HPLC
【摘要】 建立了苯唑西林钠胶囊有关物质的HPLC测定方法,色谱柱为C18柱,以0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈-甲醇为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为225nm,最低检测量为3.2μg/mL,本法专属性强,准确、精密、灵敏,适用于该制剂有关物质的测定。
【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of the related substances of Oxacillin Sodium Capsules was established. A C18 column was used with 0.02 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution / methy1 cyanide/methanol as mobile phase,speed of flow 1 mL/min,examination wave length 225 nm.Exclusive,accurate,precise and keen,it could be used for the determination of the related substances of Oxacillin Sodium Capsules.
