铁尾矿制备高纯氧化镁的研究

【摘要】 以铁尾矿为原料,提出了一种采用酸浸-碳铵方法制备高纯氧化镁的工艺。低品位铁尾矿通过酸浸、除杂得到纯净的硫酸镁溶液,用碳酸氢铵作为沉淀剂,制得碳酸镁沉淀,抽滤后在马弗炉中以600-900℃的温度煅烧4-6h,制得的MgO含量达到99%,满足了高纯度的要求。对制备工艺的反应温度、反应时间以及除杂方法等进行了研究,给出了反应的最佳条件。该方法工艺流程简单,产品质量稳定,可以有效提高矿产资源的利用率,并适用于工业化生产。

【Abstract】 An ammonium-bicarbonates-acid-digestion method to manufacture high-purity magnesium oxide using ferric tailings as raw materials is proposed. After acid digestion and impurity elimination, the pure magnesium sulfate solution can be obtained from the ferric tailings which usually have a low percent of magnesium oxides. Taking ammonium bicarbonates as deposit agent, the magnesium carbonates deposit can be obtained. Strain the magnesium carbonates, and put them into a muffle furnace. After the calcination of 4-6 hours at a temperature of 600-900 ℃, magnesium oxides of 99% are prepared, meeting the requirement of high purity. The reaction temperature, reaction time and impurity elimination procedures are discussed, and an optimum reaction condition is given. With a simple technical process and a steady quality of production, the proposed method can effectively enhance the availability of mineral resources and is suitable for industrial production.
