基于以太网的智能金属管浮子流量计
Intelligent Metal Tube Variable Area Rotameter Based on Ethernet
【摘要】 根据磁阻传感器的角位移测量原理,提出智能金属管浮子流量计的设计方案。该方案采用低功耗MCU和高精度ADC实现对流量的数字化采集和智能控制,应用LMBP算法实现高精度的静态特征曲线拟合;通过裁减TCP/IP协议,在以太网上实现了流量计与用户的数据通信。实际运行表明,设计的流量计系统运行稳定可靠。
【Abstract】 A design scheme of the intelligent metal tube variable area rotameter is proposed according to the angular position measuring principle of the magneto resistance sensor.The digital collection and intelligent control is realized by low-power consuming MCU and high precision ADC.The fitting accuracy of the static feature curve is improved by using the LMBP algorithm.Data communication between the flowmeter and the user is realized by simplified TCP /IP protocol based on the Ethernet.Experiments show that the designed system is robust and stable.
