【摘要】 本文以我院后勤改革为个案,全面探析高校后勤社会化改革进程中所面临的主要问题。如何解决这些问题,笔者认为关键在于正确认识后勤改革目前所处的阶段,准确定位后勤改革的进程。我院和大多数高校一样,后勤改革已进入了一个过渡阶段,完善后勤管理机制是过渡阶段后勤改革的主要目标任务,只有正确处理好过渡阶段所面临的主要问题,才能最终实现后勤的社会化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the main problems during the process of the Logistic socializing reformation in High-tech schools,with the example of our logistic reform.How to solve these problems,the author thinks,the most important thing is to know the present stage of our Logistic reform and to locate the process of it accurately.The same with other colleges,our logistic reform has come into a transitionary period,whose main objective task is to improve the logistic managing system.So as long ad we deal with the existed main problems accurately at this interim,we can realize the socilization of the logistics finally.更多还原
