【摘要】 本文通过阐述房地产经济宏观调控的必要性,根据我国政府近期对房地产业可持续发展所采取的科学宏观政策,分析了近期宏观调控对微观房地产经济的影响,最后提出我国政府应在科学发展观的指导下,主要采取增加普通住房、控制高档住宅、搞活二级市场、调控土地供应、引导合理需求等方面的长远宏观调控措施,使房地产业在宏观调控的态势下能可持续的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper illustrates that it is necessary to macro-regulate real estate by analyzing our country’s developing.It concludes that our government takes scientific macro-policy for continual developing of the real estate and analyzes that recent macro-regulating affects micro economic of the real estate.Finally,we take an opinion that our government guided by the scientific development.Mainly it takes three kinds of macro-regulating policy,which is increasing common house control advanced houses,push selling the public houses to activate the second market and developing houses credit regulates land providing.These make it continual developing in the macro-regulating situation.更多还原
