对称公差标注在工艺尺寸链计算中的应用
Symmetric Tolerance Marking is Used in the Process Dimension Chain Calculating
【摘要】 利用对称公差标注时尺寸链的计算公式,进行工艺尺寸链计算。通过封闭环尺寸及公差计算,计算并校核余量及余量公差。通过组成环尺寸及公差计算,调整组成环的尺寸公差,以保证产品尺寸合格。
【Abstract】 The process dimension chain is calculated by the dimension chain calculating formula of symmetric tolerance marking.The closed loop dimension and tolerance is calculated in order to calculate and check allowance and allowance tolerance.The composition loop dimension and tolerance is calculated and adjusted in order to guarantee products to have qualified dimension.
