超细水晶粉对环氧树脂力学性能的影响
Effect of crystal powder on the mechanical property of epoxy resin
【摘要】 以超细水晶粉为填料,用不同的组成和工艺制备水晶粉/环氧树脂复合材料。对水晶粉/环氧树脂复合材料的抗剪切强度、热膨胀系数进行较系统的研究,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对水晶粉/环氧树脂复合材料断面显微结构进行了观察。结果表明随填料含量增加可以适当提高复合材料的抗剪切强度,而降低其热膨胀系数。
【Abstract】 The effect of crystal powder on the shear strength and expansion ratio of the crystal powder/epoxy resin composite by different composition and technology was studied systematically.The sectional morphology was observed by SEM.The results indicated that the shear strength of crystal powder/epoxy resin composite was improved and expansion ratio was decreased with the increasing of the amount of crystal powder.
