乙烯基硅橡胶/改性蒙脱土纳米复合材料结构性能研究
Research about construction and function of vinyl silicone rubber/modified MMT nm-composite
【摘要】 采用机械共混原位插层法制备乙烯基硅橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,在乙烯基硅橡胶混炼和硫化过程中实现与蒙脱土的插层复合。XRD和SEM扫描分析表明,蒙脱土的层间结构发生变化,蒙脱土的层间间距由1.28nm扩撑到4.90nm,乙烯基硅橡胶/改性蒙脱土纳米复合材料的tanδ值在160~175℃之间显著降低,内耗下降。
【Abstract】 vinyl silicone rubber/MMT nm-composite was manufactured by mechanic blending in situ insert method.During the process of vinyl silicone rubber’s mixing and curing,it owned the ability to achieve insert synthesization with MMT.XRD and SEM scanning analysis showed the outside-layer construction of MMT transformed.The distance between the layers of MMT increased from 1.28nm to 4.90nm.The value of tanδ of vinyl silicone rubber/modified MMT nm-composite obviously decreased and internal consumption reduced during 160~175 centigrade degrees.
