水蒸汽法与CO2循环活气法蒸馏松脂的比较

【摘要】 从能量消耗、过程装备、产品质量以及排放三废方面,进行水蒸汽法与CO2循环活气法蒸馏松脂的比较,结果表明CO2循环活气法比水蒸汽法节省能量。CO2循环活气法蒸馏松脂不需要油水分离器、盐滤器,又因为不需要带走活气的冷凝热,冷凝冷却器的换热面积也减少,也不需要建造大型过热水蒸汽锅炉;CO2循环活气法蒸馏松脂所得的产品不含水份,松香无结晶现象,松节油透明无混浊;而且该法蒸馏松脂无三废产生,是一种清洁的生产方法。

【Abstract】 Comparison based on distilling rosin by steam process and process of live gas circulated by CO2 from view point of energy consumption, process equipment, product quality and three-wastes discharge indicates that energy consumption is saved by using process of live gas circulated by CO2 than using steam process per ton of rosin produced. Oil and water separator, and salt filter are not required by using process of live gas circulated by CO2. Heat exchange area is reduced and large size superheated steam boiler not required because taking away heat of condensate of the live steam is unnecessary. For product rosin by live gas circulated by CO2 process, there is no water and crystallization phenomena existed. However it is transparent without turbidity. It is clean production without producing three-wastes.
