蝇蛆壳中提取甲壳素工艺研究
Extraction of Chitin from the Shell of Housefly Larva
【摘要】 以蝇蛆壳为原料提取甲壳素,并用盐酸除无机盐、氢氧化钠除蛋白质、次氯酸钠脱色。实验确定较佳工艺条件为:除无机盐,m(蝇蛆壳):V(HCl)=1g:5mL(c(HCl)=2mol/L),室温反应2h;除蛋白质,m(蝇蛆壳):V(NaOH)=1g:5mL(w(NaOH)=2%),室温下反应6h。经质量分数为0.5%的NaClO室温3h脱色后得到白色的甲壳素,收率30%(以干燥蝇蛆壳质量计)。
【Abstract】 Chitin is extracted from housefly harva, and use hydrochloric acid and sodium oxide to remove the protein and sodium hypochloride for decolouring. The best process conditions is as followsing: removal of inorganic salts, m(housefly harva):V(HCl)=1 g:5 mL(c(HCl)=2 mol/L),room temperature reaction 2 h;in removal of protein,m(housefly harva):V(NaOH)=1 g:5 mL(w(NaOH)=2%),react 6 h under room temperature. It is decolored 3 h by 0.5% NaClO to get white chitin with 30% in yield(based on dry housefly harva).
