含氟脱模剂的合成与应用研究
Synthesis and Applications of Fluorine-containing Demoulding Agent
【摘要】 以氟碳聚合物为主要原料,经亲核取代反应,合成了含氟羧酸盐、磷酸盐、磺酸盐和聚乙二醇醚4种含氟表面活性剂;经复配得到含氟脱模剂,并进行了聚乙烯类基材的脱模性能和应用研究。结果表明,含氟表面活性剂的质量分数为0.1%时,其水溶液的表面张力在21~25mN/m,复配的含氟脱模剂稳定性和脱模性能都较好,模具上喷涂1次含氟脱模剂可发泡加工20次以上。
【Abstract】 4 Surfactants of fluorine-containing carboxylate salt, phosphate salt, sulfonate salt and polyglycol ether from fluorocarbon polymer are synthesized, which are compounded to get a fluorine-containing demoulding agent, demoulding performance and application study on ethylene-based materials are made. Results show when mass fraction of fluorine-containing surfactant is 0.1%, the surface tension of the solution is 21~25 mN/m, compounded fluorine-containing demoulding agent is good in stability and demoulding performance. Once sprayed with fluorine-containing demoulding agent, the molding tools can be used more than 20 for foaming.
